Current Job Opportunities:

Shelter Youth Specialist - Female 11pm – 7am

Applications are being accepted for a Female Youth Specialist to work in the Emergency Shelter.  The hours for this Part Time position will be Friday & Saturday nights 11pm-7am. This position requires an associate’s degree in human services or related field or 6-12 months related experience or training. Bachelor’s degree and experience working with adolescents is preferred.  Applications with resume accepted until the position is filled.  EOE.

Shelter Youth Specialist - Female 3pm - 11pm

Applications are being accepted for a Female Youth Specialist to work in the Emergency Shelter.  The hours for this position will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights, 3pm-11pm. This position requires an associate’s degree in human services or related field or 6-12 months related experience or training. Bachelor’s degree and experience working with adolescents is preferred.  Applications with resume accepted until the position is filled.  EOE.   

Housing Case Manager

​The Housing Case Manager provides supportive services, referrals, and advocacy to young adults in YST’s Housing Services Program.  An equivalent of education and experience working with at risk young adults is recommended; a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science is highly preferred. EOE.

Employment & Education Specialist

Applications are being accepted for an Employment & Education Specialist to prepare youth and young adults for employment and/or educational attainment by teaching job readiness skills, job maintenance skills, connecting them to employment/volunteer opportunities and developing positive relationships with employment training sites and employers in the community.  Applications with resume accepted until the position is filled.  EOE.

Administrative Assistant

Applications are being accepted for an Administrative Assistant to help the Development Team manage their donor database, recording gifts and donations, support the Board of Directors, assist in event planning and execution and provide administrative support for the volunteer program, marketing and communications efforts.  Applications with resume accepted until the position is filled.  EOE.
